Founder and Fractional Operations Leader
Jessica started Applied Operations Group in 2024 after leaving full-time operations leadership work. She brings nearly 20 years in manufacturing and construction, including 15 years leading operations teams.
Her focus areas are process improvement, team development, accountability systems, and practical AI adoption. She helps small and mid-sized businesses evaluate operations, lead improvement initiatives, coach leaders, document workflows, and thoughtfully incorporate AI where it adds real value.
Jessica speaks publicly on practical AI adoption for non-technical professionals, including her talk "AI at Work: From Curiosity to Confidence."
